Ingredients:
15 Ounces Crushed Pineapple
4 Ounces Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup 151 Rum
1/2 Cup Vodka
Lemon Juice
Pineapple Juice

Preparation Directions:
Make sure you crush your pineapple very well, reserve the juices. Add all pineapple and juices to a pan along with the sugar, Allow to stand out over night. The next day strain off the chucks of pineapple and discard. Combine pineapple syrup with rum and vodka. Add lemon juice to your liking. Now place all Pineapple Liqueur in a bottle and top off with Pineapple juice or water. Let marinate for 8 days. Enjoy.
